SolarTeflon® Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard shipping typically delivers within 5–7 business days.

  • Expedited options may be available for an additional cost.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

International Shipping

  • SolarTeflon® currently ships within the United States only.

  • International shipping may be added in the future — please contact support@solarteflon.com for inquiries.

Delays

  • Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.

  • SolarTeflon® is not responsible for delays outside our control.

2. Returns Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.

Return Process

  1. Contact returns@solarteflon.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) back using the carrier of your choice.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost.
