Definitions. “SolarTeflon Customer” means any end user referred by SolarTeflon® for solar panel cleaning or protective application services. “SolarTeflon Products” means SolarTeflon® Sheeting Wash and SolarTeflon® Coating, and any successors or updates designated in writing by SolarTeflon®.
Customer-Supplied Product; No Supply Obligation. Partner acknowledges that SolarTeflon Customers will purchase and provide SolarTeflon Products directly. Partner has no obligation to furnish SolarTeflon Products for such jobs.
Exclusive Use on Referred Jobs. For any services performed for a SolarTeflon Customer, Partner shall (a) use only SolarTeflon Products on the customer’s solar panels; (b) not market, recommend, encourage, substitute, commingle, or apply any non-SolarTeflon products to such panels; and (c) ensure no other cleaning or coating products are represented as SolarTeflon Products.
Application Standards and Compliance. Partner shall handle, and apply SolarTeflon Products strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s then-current written instructions and safety data sheets, and in compliance with all applicable laws, codes, and industry best practices. Partner shall ensure all personnel performing the work are informed of and comply with these obligations.
Return of Unused Product. Because SolarTeflon Products are purchased and supplied by the SolarTeflon Customer, any unused portion—whether remaining in its original container or transferred to any secondary container—shall be promptly returned to the SolarTeflon Customer at the conclusion of the service. Partner shall not retain, dispose of, dilute, mix, or otherwise repurpose any remaining SolarTeflon Products without the SolarTeflon Customer’s prior written consent. All containers returned to the customer must be properly closed, labeled, and handled in a manner consistent with applicable safety and environmental requirements.

I agree that the company will (i) use SolarTeflon® Products exclusively on referred jobs, (ii) apply them per manufacturer instructions, (iii) return any unused product to the customer, and (iv) perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner consistent with law and industry standards. Checking the box is an electronic signature under ESIGN and UETA and is legally binding.

This referral network is limited to companies that provide solar panel cleaning services. By checking the box above, you attest that your company performs such services and understands that ineligible submissions may be declined or removed. You also agree not to broker, transfer, subcontract, or resell SolarTeflon® referrals to any other company or marketplace without SolarTeflon®’s prior written consent. Violations may result in immediate removal from the network.
